Why are certain stores more popular than others? Is it the prices, the staff, or the environment? Most business owners believe that low prices are the key. But we respectfully disagree. Offering low prices may work for a few months, but once a cheaper store opens up somewhere, sales will inevitably decline.
The problem with basing everything on low prices is that it does not create any loyalty. Since shoppers are only stopping by because your store has the best prices, they will go elsewhere as soon as someone else steps up.
